A Local Favorite: Montpelier Pharmacy in Hanover County
Updated: Oct 8
This is our local pharmacy in our small town. We started using them seven years ago when we moved here, and Curt always says that if we ever moved, the one thing he would miss is this pharmacy. I learned that Montpelier Pharmacy has been open since 1961!
An Old-Fashioned Drugstore with Modern Conveniences
Everyone in there is always friendly and helpful. This place holds all the traditional values and offerings of an old-fashioned general store and pharmacy, with modern efficiencies like their mobile app. They have a gift shop with greeting cards, candles, jewelry and more.
A Little Bit of Everything
As well as being a traditional drugstore, they also carry a variety of products from local producers, such as honey, lotions and peanuts.
It's the kind of place that carries a little bit of everything. Every time I go in there, I find something new that I didn't know they had.
We are so grateful for this local gem here in Montpelier. Long live small businesses!
