About these numbers: The MLS figures count residential sales in the Central Virginia MLS record, going back as far as the MLS keeps records, where Curt represented the buyer, the seller or both. "Today's dollars" adjusts each MLS sale price to mid-2026 using the FHFA house price index for the Richmond metro. The 1,000+ total also counts Curt's earlier new-construction and multifamily sales, which predate MLS records; their dollar value is not included in the $217M+.
