One of the best parts about supporting a local business is finding something so good that it becomes a regular part of your life. Riverside Sourdough has definitely become that for Heather and me.

Whenever we see that Riverside Sourdough will be at a pop-up near us, we make a point of stopping. We may arrive intending to buy just one thing, but we rarely leave with only one bag.

Curt’s Sourdough-Roll Breakfast

I am a huge fan of the sourdough rolls. We buy a bag, freeze them and pull one out whenever we want something quick and ridiculously good.

My favorite way to use one is simple: lightly toast the roll, add a swipe of butter, a slice of bacon, an egg and a piece of cheddar cheese. It makes one great breakfast sandwich.
