A Trusted Local Pro: Mode Comfort & Air Quality
Updated: Oct 8
We get super excited whenever we find good service people! Mode Comfort & Air Quality is one of those companies. It's run by Todd Rice and his wife, Aimee, who are amazing people in their own right with their work in dog rescue. They have also been our go-to HVAC company for many years, and here's why.
Honest Options, Not Pressure
We had first-time homebuyers who had already moved into their new home when they realized their heat wasn't working. We immediately called Todd, who quickly dispatched a team to check it out.
The homeowners needed a new system, but that's not the best part. Todd didn't just try to sell them his top-of-the-line unit. He gave them his honest opinion and all of their options: they could patch it up, which would only last a short while; they could buy a less expensive model that would work but that his team couldn't yet vouch for; or they could go with the top model, which was guaranteed to perform at the highest level. Todd was also able to offer them financing options.
That's very unlike the companies we've all had to deal with that say it has to be done, it has to be done now, and this is the only way and the only price.
Why We Recommend Mode Every Time
Todd is always upfront, honest and trustworthy in his business. We have seen it firsthand time and again in our experience with him and Mode. We will recommend Mode Comfort & Air Quality to our clients, or anyone who asks, for HVAC service every single time.
